Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to provide high-quality chef products and handcrafted clay products with reliable service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must include original packaging and accessories
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products damaged after delivery by the customer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund will be sent through the original payment method or agreed alternative method

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the mistake was made by RS ABATIS.


Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Exchange Policy

We may allow exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong product received
  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests must be made within the return period.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
